WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to work evening and closing shifts

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a retail environment
• Ability to direct team members' activities and efficiently delegate tasks
• Commitment to upholding high merchandising and customer service standards

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

Our Retail Closing & Merchandising Supervisor leads our evening team in maintaining the sales floor, serving customers, and keeping the store running smoothly. You'll ensure all associates follow our quality standards, abide by customer service policies, and truly deliver the Ace Helpful Promise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring products on the sales floor and making corrections to keep everything neat and organized (returning go-backs, ensuring products are facing forward, stocking misplaced items, etc.)
• Managing inventory levels and organization
• Ensuring shelves are stocked, endcaps are full, signage is accurate, and displays show our special promotions and seasonal deals
• Inspiring associates to do their best, answering their questions, delegating tasks efficiently, and ensuring they provide high levels of customer service
• Overseeing store closing procedures, including following checklists, balancing tills, and cleaning/organizing the sales floor
• Maintaining high customer service standards and driving sales revenue

WHEN YOU'LL WORK

The schedule for our Retail Closing & Merchandising Supervisor is 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with some weekends.
