What We’re Looking For

  • Previous general aviation, luxury sales, charter sales, or related customer-focused sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, prospecting, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including professional phone, email, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Professional, energetic, friendly, and outgoing approach with strong customer-service instincts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage.
RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do

  • Solicit and develop external clients for on-demand private charter sales.
  • Provide prompt, accurate charter quotes and follow up on each quote to determine the final result.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional, responsive communication.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, fulfillment coordination, and post-trip follow-up.
  • Stay current on company and competitor offerings, aircraft capabilities, regional charter pricing, and travel trends.
  • Travel occasionally as needed to promote company goodwill and generate business.
