Our Layton location is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our fast-paced retail team. Cashiers play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience by assisting customers at checkout, handling transactions accurately, and supporting the overall flow of the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Accurately process cash, debit, and credit card transactions
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
- Assist customers with questions regarding merchandise, pricing, and store policies
- Bag merchandise efficiently and carefully
- Help manage checkout lines during busy periods
- Support floor recovery, restocking, and general store cleanliness as needed
- Follow all company policies, cash handling procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
