Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
Operate cash register efficiently, handling sales and returns accurately
Maintain a clean and organized front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors
Assist with stocking, pricing, and bagging merchandise
Communicate effectively with management and team members to resolve issues
Participate in store and cashier meetings to stay informed and engaged
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and climb as needed
