The Retail Branch Manager I is responsible for driving branch sales, building customer and community relationships, and leading a team to achieve growth and service goals.
Key duties include recruiting and motivating staff, developing strategies to deepen customer relationships, and promoting community involvement. The role requires proactive outside business calling, sales leadership, and embracing technology-driven customer experiences.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales/customer service experience, with at least 1 year leading a sales team, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work extended hours and travel. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred in-store banking experience. The position is full-time, supervisory, and involves travel of up to 50% or more. Conditions include standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
