We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Retail Bank Branch Manager job opportunity with our client-Bank, a community-focused financial institution providing personalized banking, commercial lending, and treasury management solutions to businesses and consumers throughout California. 

The Retail Bank Branch Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including client service, sales, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and developing branch staff.
  • Driving business growth through sales initiatives and relationship-building efforts.
  • Monitoring branch performance and market trends.
  • Managing branch profitability and achieving financial goals.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • Proven sales success with a track record of branch growth.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of branch banking experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of branch management experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years managing complex business and consumer accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and customer service experience.
  • Notary Public certification preferred.
Pay Rate Range : $74,880 -101,200/ year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
