Retail Associate

We're looking for a reliable and friendly Retail Associate to support our golf cart rental operations and deliver great customer service. 

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with renting golf carts
• Provide excellent customer service and answer basic inquiries
• Handle check-in/check-out of rental units
• Ensure carts are clean, charged, and ready for use
• Process payments and maintain basic transaction records
• Keep the rental area organized and presentable

Schedule

• 25–30 hours per week
• Must be available to work weekends
• Hours may be lighter during slower seasons

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable handling transactions and basic admin tasks
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible with scheduling, especially weekends

Nice to Have

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Experience with rentals or equipment handling (a plus, not required)
