Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with 2+ years supervising 15+ employees in food services, manufacturing, retail, or related fields, or a Bachelor's in Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics plus 1 year supervisory experience, or 4+ years military service with supervisory roles.Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills are required, along with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Preferences include bilingual skills and military background.
Responsibilities involve assisting in store operations, hiring, training, motivating staff, managing displays, ensuring policies for cash handling, and driving financial performance. The role demands proactive problem-solving, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and excellent customer service skills.
This position involves working in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting with dusty, messy conditions. Ongoing training is provided, and opportunities for transfer may arise.
