The Archdiocese of Detroit Department of Parish Renewal seeks an Analytics Specialist to support the next phase of Archdiocesan Restructuring. This temporary (1–2-year limited term) part-time role will strengthen project management infrastructure and provide advanced analytical support to leadership as pastorate planning and implementation move into sustained execution. Working closely with the Director of Pastoral Strategies, this position serves as a force multiplier by translating complex initiatives into structured systems and clear, decision-ready insights. This role will also collaborate alongside additional departmental initiatives related to data systems, dashboard implementation, and reporting processes. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Experience in project management systems and workflow design Ability to analyze complex datasets and produce clear insights Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Experience with Hive, Jira, or similar tools Background in analytics, systems design, or data modeling Experience in mission-driven or cross-functional environments Education and Experience Requirements A bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, mathematics or related field 1 to 3 years' experience in data analysis, project management, data modeling and system design Travel Required Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Archdiocese.
