Restoration Technician (Mold Licensed) Tampa, FL

As a Technician, you'll help clean up and restore buildings after damage from things like water, mold, fire, or biohazards. The job is hands-on, you'll be removing damaged materials, cleaning, and making sure everything is safe and back to normal. You'll work closely with the project manager, your team, and sometimes directly with clients. Safety and teamwork are key, and you'll play an important role in getting the job done right.

What You'll Do

• Assess damage and help plan repairs.
• Remove water, dry, tear down, clean, and assist with repairs.
• Safely clean and treat mold.
• Clean smoke, soot, and odors; assist with fire repairs.
• Operate equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Follow safety rules and use proper gear.
• Document work with photos and logs in Albi.
• Support the team and contractors to finish on time.
• Be ready for emergency jobs, including after hours.

Position Details

• Schedule: On-call, Monday to Friday, with nights and weekends as needed based on project requirements
• Travel: As needed
• Hourly Rate: $25-$30
• Bonus: Based on individual and company performance

Job Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Must have reliable transportation to the office
