We're growing quickly and are looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager / Crew Chief who can confidently lead water, mold, fire, and emergency restoration projects from start to finish as well as write the scope and converse with our estimate writer that writes Xactimate.

What You'll Do
- Lead residential and commercial water, mold, fire, and odor restoration projects.
- Inspect losses and determine the proper scope of work following IICRC S500 & S520 standards.
- Create detailed field scopes with photos and documentation for our estimating team (Xactimate writing is not required).
- Lead and mentor crews of 1–3 technicians while working alongside them.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and property managers.
- Perform water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, and emergency response.
- Set and monitor drying equipment using moisture mapping and daily readings.
- Build containments, maintain negative air, perform flood cuts, HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial treatment, selective demolition, and encapsulation.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restoration experience
- Previous Crew Chief, Project Manager, or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of water mitigation and mold remediation
- Working knowledge of IICRC S500 & S520 standards
- Ability to independently assess losses and develop field scopes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
Preferred Certifications (not required)
Xactimate experience (helpful but not required)
