We’re hiring an experienced Restoration Foreman with strong skills in pipeline ROW restoration, finish grading, and seeding. If you’re a hands‑on leader who can run a crew, solve problems quickly, and deliver high‑quality work, this role is for you.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to the success of our projects. You’ll plan, organize, direct, and supervise daily crew activities — and you won’t hesitate to jump in with labor or equipment operation when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and model safe work practices
  • Manage daily crew operations, schedules, and productivity
  • Keep projects on track, on budget, and up to quality standards
  • Assign tasks, support your team, and oversee performance
  • Troubleshoot issues to keep work moving
  • Complete accurate daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in construction, oil & gas, or related work
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build solid working relationships
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to pass drug, background, and MVR checks

Working Conditions

Outdoor work in all weather. Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and vibrations. Physical activity includes lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, kneeling, standing, walking, crouching, and tasks requiring manual dexterity.
