Voda Cleaning & Restoration of South Kansas City is hiring a Crew Chief to lead restoration and cleaning projects across the Kansas City metro.
If you have experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, mitigation, or property services — and you’re ready to step into leadership — we want to talk to you.
This is a hands-on leadership role with steady year-round work, paid training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead crews on water, mold, fire, and cleaning projects
- Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Handle job documentation and equipment tracking
- Train and support new technicians
- Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning services when needed
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying/restoration equipment
- Help maintain company equipment and job site organization
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of restoration, cleaning, mitigation, construction, or related experience preferred
- Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile apps and basic technology
- High school diploma or GED
- IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, AMRT, CCT, etc.)
