Possess a strong client list in the South Florida area.<\/span>

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within the restoration industry or a closely related field.<\/span>

Demonstrated hustle factor, with a proactive and results -driven mindset.<\/span>

In -depth understanding of the sales cycle and processes within the restoration industry.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Experience selling to schools, hospitals, property management companies, or similar organizations is highly desirable.<\/span>

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.<\/span>

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the sales process and effectively communicate the value proposition.<\/span>

Self -motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span>
