As a leading provider of restoration services in South Florida, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid book of business in the South Florida area, specifically Coral Springs, Florida, and have a strong understanding of the sales cycle within the restoration industry.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Utilize your existing client list and network in South Florida to develop and expand our customer base.<\/span>

  • Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision -makers in schools, hospitals, property management companies, and other potential clients.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business development opportunities.<\/span>

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.<\/span>
