What Will You Do
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met.
Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member-counseling sessions, including corrective action reports.
Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.
Greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests and team member needs within your assigned area.
More About You
Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree in Food & Beverage or related field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position in a high-volume environment required. One-year supervisory experience in restaurant or service environment preferred. Previous experience using computerized POS system required. Previous experience with MICROS POS preferred.
Ability to obtain a Village of Ashwaubenon alcohol operators license within 60 days of start date.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift, constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners. Ability to lift, balance, and move large food trays weighing up to 50 lbs.
Majority of time is spent alternating between indoor climate-controlled environment of restaurant and temperature fluctuations of warehouse and kitchen.
