As an Assistant Managing Partner, you will oversee food quality, safety, cleanliness, team development, and local marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing culinary operations, ensuring recipe adherence, handling staffing, training, and developing team members, managing budgets and inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
You will lead shifts, foster a positive team culture, solve problems creatively, and continuously improve operational performance based on assessment results. Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are essential.
