Position Overview: Supporting one of the largest QSR brands, the Restaurant Store Manager will lead a team, drive results, and take ownership of a high-energy operation. This role blends hands-on leadership, daily operations, and business performance; giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day.
This role typically starts at 5:00am and consists of a 50-hour workweek. The schedule includes weekends and holidays (Sundays are required). There will be overtime eligibility.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
- Build a positive, accountable team culture
- Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns
Operations & Guest Experience
- Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
- Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety
- Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently
Business & Financial Performance
- Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts
- Control labor, food costs, and cash handling
- Review performance and take action to improve results
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
- Forecast staffing and business needs
- Complete basic reporting and admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of management or leadership experience (QSR/retail preferred)
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- ServSafe Certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
- Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work on your feet most of the shift (candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.)
