Key Responsibilities:
Learn and execute the Culver's way
Bring a positive energy and attitude to work every day
Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
Onboard, train, and mentor new team members
Coach, mentor, and motivate the True Blue Crew
Prepare and serve our delicious ButterBurgers & Frozen Custard
Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
Support the General Manager in achieving operational goals
Qualifications:
Commitment to full-time (40+ hours per week) with leadership responsibilities
Upbeat, team-oriented personality eager to serve
Strong delegation and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
2+ years of restaurant work experience; 1-2 years in management preferred
Willingness to work lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends
Able to work 8-12 hour shifts and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Background check required
ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certificate required during training
