The Passenger is seeking hospitality-driven team members who thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment where food, cocktails, ambiance, and connection come together.
This is a hybrid front-of-house position combining elements of serving, bartending, and elevated guest hospitality. Our team members are cross-trained to create seamless and memorable experiences throughout the restaurant and Dickens Opera House.
Earnings mentioned are the normal ranges of base wage + tips. On special days such as Mother's Day, tips are much higher. Base wage ranges from $12.14 to $15, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Guide guests through food, cocktail, wine, and zero-proof menus
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable table service
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a warm, polished, and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with opening/closing side work and maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth dining flow and guest satisfaction
- Support private events, live music nights, and special experiences as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant and/or bartending experience preferred
