Restaurant Retail Manager

Job Summary
The Restaurant Retail Manager leads daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, food safety compliance, and strong sales performance. This role is responsible for team leadership, operational standards, and overall restaurant performance, including food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Guest Experience

• 
  Oversee daily operations to deliver efficient, high-quality service
• 
  Foster a welcoming and consistent guest experience
• 
  Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment

Team Leadership & Scheduling

• 
  Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff
• 
  Create schedules aligned with business needs and labor targets
• 
  Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
• 
  Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards

Food Safety & Compliance

• 
  Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• 
  Oversee temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and safety records
• 
  Train team members on proper food handling and hygiene

Inventory & Cost Control

• 
  Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory processes
• 
  Monitor waste and control costs
• 
  Partner with vendors to ensure product quality and supply continuity

Sales & Financial Performance

• 
  Monitor sales and key operational metrics
• 
  Support promotions, merchandising, and upselling initiatives
• 
  Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue goals

Qualifications
Required

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent
• 
  Experience in restaurant, food service, or retail management
• 
  Strong leadership and organizational skills

Preferred

• 
  Degree in hospitality, business, or related field
• 
  Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe)
• 
  Experience with POS and inventory systems
