Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Build relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Demonstrate vehicle features and technology
- Conduct test drives and explain financing and ownership options
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale
- Maintain product knowledge on Kia vehicles and current incentives
- Work with management to achieve individual and team sales goals
Qualifications- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Restaurant, hospitality, retail, pest control, and door-to-door sales experience encouraged to apply
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
