What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations and help create the welcoming, energetic atmosphere Buck & Honey’s is known for.
You’ll:
- Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Inspire and develop a high-performing hospitality team
- Create exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
- Coach, mentor, and recognize team members to help them grow
- Ensure smooth shifts, strong communication, and proper staffing levels
- Support inventory management, operational efficiency, and cost controls
- Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Help drive sales, team engagement, and overall restaurant success

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Leads with positivity, accountability, and strong communication skills
- Can stay organized and calm in a high-energy environment
- Is passionate about hospitality and team development
- Enjoys being hands-on and actively involved on the floor
- Has experience with POS systems (Toast and Restaurant365 experience is a plus)
Bonus points for:
- Upscale casual or full-service dining experience
- Spanish language skills
- Hospitality certifications

Schedule & Environment
This is an active leadership role that includes:
- Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
- Standing/walking for extended periods
- Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs
- Working in a lively, fast-paced restaurant environment
- 45-50 hours per week
