Role Description
The pay for Restaurant Manager starts at $24-$28/hour. This is a full-time on-site role for Team Leadership at Chick-fil-A North Valdosta in Valdosta, GA. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, manage staff, ensure the quality of food preparation, and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, manage productivity
- Ensure a clean and food-safe environment at all times
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
