A successful and growing restaurant organization is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to help lead one of its high-volume locations in Indianapolis.

What You'll Do
- Support daily restaurant operations
- Lead and develop hourly team members
- Partner with the General Manager to drive restaurant performance
- Manage labor, scheduling, and operational execution
- Ensure excellent food quality and guest satisfaction
- Help recruit, hire, train, and retain team members
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Lead by example through visible and hands-on leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial and operational awareness
- Commitment to guest service excellence
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
