As a Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure our guests receive outstanding service every visit.
â Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
â Coach, develop, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house team members
â Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
â Drive guest satisfaction by resolving concerns and creating memorable experiences
â Monitor labor, food costs, waste, inventory, and cash controls
â Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts
â Conduct restaurant inspections and operational walk-throughs
â Manage ordering, inventory counts, and vendor deliveries
â Complete administrative duties including audits, employee documentation, and reporting
â Step into operational roles when needed to support the team and maintain service standards
