We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader who will own the full operation and help build one of Kansas City’s most unique hospitality destinations. What You’ll Do
- Operate the business with an owner’s mindset - constantly improving guest experience, operational efficiency, revenue, and team performance.
- Support the Director of Operations in managing food / beverage & labor costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team while building a positive, accountable, and guest-obsessed culture rooted in our Core Values.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through Big Hellos & Big Goodbyes, the Three R’s, Never Say No, and our high hospitality standards.
- Create and execute memorable programming, events, leagues, and activations that make Tap Ins the place people choose to be.
- Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence on the floor during service and peak times.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3+ years of salaried management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment generating at least $2M+ annually.
- Proficiency with Toast POS, Sling scheduling, and Restaurant365 (R365) preferred.
- High energy, hands-on leadership style, and availability for nights, weekends, and peak periods.
- A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating fun, memorable moments.
