Responsibilities:

• Professional, reliable, and motivated, working with the Operator and General Manager. Run shifts effectively to provide delicious food and excellent guest experience
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
• Protect and contribute to a fun environment

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion and leadership
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A great attitude and genuine smiling personality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Sanitation Manager Certified
• 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is highly recommended

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
