Restaurant Manager Benefits:

- 40 regular hours + 10 overtime hours, plus any additional time worked

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including FOH, BOH, and bar operations
- Lead, coach, train, and develop restaurant team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and operational consistency
- Support staffing, scheduling, labor management, and inventory control
- Ensure company standards and policies are consistently followed
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant management or operations experience
- Casual dining experience required
- Bar experience preferred
- Scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
