Miami’s dining scene is elite, and we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who can match that energy. We are an upscale, high-volume destination seeking a leader who understands that world-class service is a finely tuned machine.
In this role, you aren’t just "managing a shift"—you are the conductor of the dining room. You will oversee the front-of-house flow, partner closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an unforgettable guest experience every single night.
What You’ll Master
The High-Volume Flow: You’ll own the floor during peak hours, navigating a packed dining room with poise and ensuring our upscale standards never waver.
Operational Excellence: You’ll assist with the "heavy lifting" of restaurant management—from meticulous inventory and ordering to strategic scheduling and labor control.
The Kitchen Connection: You will act as the vital link between the front and back of house, assisting the kitchen during service to ensure timing, temp, and plating are always on point.
Staff Mentorship: You believe in building people. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and inspiring our team to provide "Hospitality Excellence" to every guest.
