About the Role

We’re looking for a servant-hearted leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. As a Store Manager at Culver’s, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. You’ll lead by example balancing daily operations, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring that every guest that chooses Culver’s leaves happy. This isn’t just about managing a restaurant, it’s about building people, developing leaders, and creating joy in the details.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Mentor team members to achieve excellence and career growth.
• Monitor and manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to ensure strong financial performance.
• Lead by example in hospitality, teamwork, and servant leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Culver’s standards, health and safety regulations, and local ordinances.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and quick resolution.
• Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed service and sales goals.
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership on long-term goals and continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, encouraging work culture that values growth, excellence, and joy in serving others.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience inmanagement, hospitality, or food service leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and retain high-performing teams.
• Understanding of cost management, scheduling, and operational systems.
