As a Manager, you will support daily operations, develop team members, and help drive an outstanding Guest experience. You'll play an essential role in maintaining Calhoun's high standards while contributing to a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused environment.
Lead by example to make Guest Service and satisfaction top priorities
Respond quickly to Guest concerns and ensure every Guest leaves happy
Partner with the Management Team to recruit, retain, train, and develop FOH/BOH staff
Support execution of plans that enhance the Guest experience and build long-term loyalty
Assist in achieving budget targets, operational goals, and performance standards
Participate in community involvement programs and local marketing efforts
Maintain cost controls without compromising food quality or service excellence
Help manage operating expenses, including smallwares and utilities
Promote a safe work environment and proactively address safety concerns
Ensure all daily administrative tasks-daily sheets, payroll, deposits, purchase orders, and employment forms-are completed accurately and on time
2–5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual, or Fine Dining experience
Strong leadership presence with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and develop a high-performing team
