Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of 20+ employees
- Manage P&L, drive sales, and control costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with Dunkin’ standards & food safety
- Create a guest-first culture and resolve issues with care
- Execute marketing promotions & new product rollouts
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven restaurant/retail management experience (QSR preferred)
- Strong financial and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- High school diploma or equivalent; college a plus
