Job Description

- Oversee inventory management, ordering, waste control, and vendor relationships to drive efficiency and maintain product quality.
- Utilize point-of-sale and scheduling systems to monitor performance, track sales trends, and support effective team operations.
- Engage with guests regularly—welcoming feedback, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships through genuine hospitality.
- Act as a leader within the local community, helping to build brand awareness and foster meaningful connections.
