We are looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our operations. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing team members, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and ensuring the kitchen runs with excellence, speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Their day typically includes coaching team members, managing shifts, solving operational challenges, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting the development of future leaders. Successful managers balance serving guests, developing people, and driving results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

This is a leadership position that requires flexibility based on business needs. Availability may include early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays. Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Monitor labor, productivity, and restaurant goals
  • Maintain Chick-fil-A standards
  • Coach, train, and develop team members and leaders
  • Create a positive, high-accountability culture focused on teamwork and excellence
  • Ensure all food safety procedures, health department standards, and company policies are followed
  • Identify operational opportunities and implement systems to improve performance
  • Hold team members accountable to expectations in a respectful and professional manner
  • Partner with restaurant leadership to achieve business goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, food service, hospitality, or high-volume operations environment preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and hold others accountable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a kitchen environment
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
