This is a hands-on Restaurant Manager position overseeing daily operations, team development, guest experience, labor management, and service execution in a busy upscale casual restaurant. You'll provide leadership for a team of more than 50 employees while helping maintain high standards of hospitality, accountability, and operational consistency.

- Thursday: 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM

- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with every other Sunday extending until close
- Availability to work holidays as business needs require, excluding New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day

About the Role

Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- High-volume full-service restaurant experience required

- Experience executing restaurant close-out procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional guest service and hospitality mindset
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work alongside the team

- Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant reporting tools
