Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager partners with the Managing Partner to lead daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional hospitality, and achieve sales and profitability goals. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing team
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain employees
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive sales, profitability, labor, and food cost performance
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and company standards
- Complete operational, inventory, and administrative duties
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
- Financial and operational management experience
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
