Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, team lead, supervisor, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is required. The physical requirements of this position are as follows: * Prolonged periods of standing and walking; * Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the restaurant; * Must be able to lift up to 25-45 pounds at times; * May be required to work in excessive heat and cold in association with the kitchen environment.
