Location: Uptown, Minneapolis, MN
Job Type: Full-time (5–6 days per week)
Pay: $21–$26/hour (depending on experience) + performance bonus
Schedule: Rotating weekdays/weekends | Lunch + dinner shifts

Position Summary
The Kitchen Manager oversees all kitchen operations — prep, cooking, quality control, and team rhythm.
You’ll be hands-on in the line, maintaining consistency, coaching the team, and ensuring food quality matches brand standards every shift.
You’ll work closely with the owner and front-of-house leads to deliver a reliable, high-quality guest experience.
