We re seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our Italian kitchen team and ensure exceptional dining experiences. This role blends hands-on kitchen management with strategic menu planning, inventory control, and budget oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining efficiency, quality, and compliance with health standards
  • Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
