Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily FOH and BOH operations ensuring top quality, accuracy, and safety
• Manage cash, POS systems, inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members using Haazs’ proven training system
• Build and manage weekly schedules balancing labor costs and operational needs
• Develop shift supervisors and high-potential staff for career advancement
• Ensure every guest experience reflects Haazs’ high standards and hospitality
• Handle escalated guest concerns professionally and maintain a brand-representative environment

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3+ years restaurant management experience, preferably fast-casual or QSR
• 2-3+ years Real Kitchen Experience executing SOP and attention to Food quality and details in a fast paced Cooked to order Kitchen
• Proven leadership managing teams of 20 or more
• Knowledge of labor scheduling, food cost, and inventory management
• ServSafe Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and hands-on leadership style
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
