Seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager for a 100% scratch kitchen concept.
Essential functions include ensuring flawless service, coaching and developing staff, maintaining food and service standards, and managing financial performance through cost controls and planning. The GM partners with leadership to implement initiatives, optimize staffing, and ensure safety and cleanliness. They respond to guest feedback, foster a positive work environment, and oversee daily operations.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred), minimum of three years of high-volume restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a guest-first mindset. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate restaurant equipment is necessary.
