What You Can Expect

We pay for results-and were transparent about it.

• Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000 based on controllable results
• Total annual compensation potential: $74,000 - $82,000
• Medical, dental, vision, life & Rx insurance eligible after 30 days

This role is designed for operators who want ownership, accountability, and upside-not micromanagement.

Competitive Base Salary ------------------------

$62,000 - $70,000

What We Expect from You ------------------------

This is not an entry-level position.

• Required: 3 years as a General Manager or equivalent in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment
• Demonstrated success managing people, sales, and profitability
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and operational controls
• Experience reading and managing a P&L
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain quickly
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
