  • Manage full P&L accountability: develop and execute budgets, monitor financial performance, control food and labor costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and revenue.
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management of all staff to build a motivated, skilled, and cohesive team.
  • Ensure consistent high standards of food quality, presentation, service, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with health regulations, company policies, and brand standards.
  • Drive guest satisfaction through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and promotions to increase traffic, sales, and brand visibility.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and reports to identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, and operational enhancements.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, menu development, vendor relationships, and long-term business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent leadership role in a full-service or high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, achieving financial targets, controlling costs, and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building, training, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, food safety regulations, and labor management.
  • Exceptional guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
