Job Description
An established, high-volume quick-service restaurant franchise is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role with a unique long-term opportunity to grow into an owner/operator partnership program for top performers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and food cost controls
- Build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- Maintain brand, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and P&L performance
- Develop future leaders through training and mentorship
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful General Manager experience
- High-volume QSR, fast-casual, or convenience foodservice background preferred
- Strong P&L, labor, and food cost management skills
- Proven ability to build and develop teams
- Hands-on leadership style with an ownership mentality
- Stable work history and measurable operational results
- Valid driver's license and work authorization required
