We’re hiring a full-time Floor Manager to join our leadership team and help oversee daily front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong service experience who’s ready to step into a leadership position—or continue growing their career in restaurant management.
You’ll work closely with senior management, support the FOH team during high-volume shifts, and play a key role in shaping both the guest and staff experience on the floor. This is a year-round position with opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility over time.
Support and lead FOH operations during daily service
Motivate and guide service staff to deliver smooth, high-quality shifts
Monitor table turns, flow, and guest experience throughout the floor
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new team members
Serve as a key point of communication between FOH and BOH teams
Handle opening, closing, and shift change duties as needed
Be a visible, hands-on leader who keeps service positive and on pace
Experienced in restaurant service and comfortable taking the lead
Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
Confident guiding a team and improving the flow of service
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
Organized and communicative with a strong attention to detail
Available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
