At Colliers, we believe how we work matters. Join our elite service network dedicated to supporting Chick-fil-A restaurants across your local market. You’ll have the independence of a field role with the backing of seasoned technical experts, OEM partners, and ongoing training to master your craft.
Keep critical kitchen equipment and building systems operating at peak performance. From preventative care to rapid-response repairs, you’ll ensure reliability, food safety, and guest satisfaction in high-volume environments.
In a typical week, you’ll rotate between preventive maintenance, urgent troubleshooting, and installations. You’ll consult with the Chick-fil-A Technical Assistance Team, coordinate with manufacturers for diagnostics and part specs, and close accurate work orders in real time. You’ll work across hot-side and cold-side equipment—then verify performance against standards before you leave the site.
