WHO ARE WE?

Old Town Pub, located on historic Farnsworth Avenue, brings local history to life with a fresh, modern twist. Formerly The Farnsworth House, we underwent a major renovation in 2017 and have since become a go-to destination for both fine and casual dining. With multiple bars, private event spaces, and a lively dining scene, we're known for our creative cocktails, craft beers poured from our 50-tap system, and chef-crafted dishes that keep guests coming back. We're all about warm hospitality, strong community roots, and creating memorable experiences guests never forget.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

Full-time schedule:

• Monday–Friday

Choose from:

• 7 am – 4 pm
• 8 am – 5 pm
• 9 am – 5 pm

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

Your day as our Restaurant Event and Catering Manager starts by meeting with clients, listening to their vision, and mapping out every detail. You'll design creative concepts, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors, from caterers and florists to entertainers. You'll oversee timelines, direct setup and breakdown, and ensure food and drinks are executed flawlessly. You'll also book and manage food truck events, keeping schedules and logistics on point so every outing runs smoothly. Along the way, you'll collaborate with our kitchen and staff to ensure every event reflects our commitment to excellence.

• Strong budgeting, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with event management software (a plus!)
