We seek a dedicated Maintenance/Groundskeeping Technician to join our team at Cabo Bob's. You will work closely with the Maintenance Director to ensure our facilities' smooth operation and upkeep. BENEFITS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and machinery
- Maintenance and repair of restaurant facilities, including but not limited to painting, power washing, window cleaning, and lawn maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance projects promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mechanical abilities
- Flexible schedule - must be able to work on the weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
