Together we CAN! -This positionmust be available to work weekends -Previous supervisory/leadership experience The Restaurant/Dining Room Supervisor leads daily dining operations while creating a warm, welcoming and hospitality-driven environmente for residents, guests, and team members. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences through relationship building, service excellence and team leadership. The Supervisor ensures that every interaction reflects dignity, respect, and personalized care, supporting the organization's mission to enrich lives and build meaningful connections. Responsibilities: Operational leadership - Oversees dining services operations across multiple service areas (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and special events)
- Manage, coach and lead a team of 40+ employees
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure high-quality food and service delivery
- Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and infection control standards
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow for efficient service execution
Hospitality and Customer Experience - Greet residents and guests warmly and foster a sense of belonging
- Anticipate needs and exceed expectations through proactive service
- Ensure all residents are treated with respect, dignity, and individualized attention
- Address concerns promptly and turn service issues into positive experiences
- Maintain a visible presence in the dining room to engage with residents and guests
Relational Leadership and Team Development - Build strong, trusting relationships with team members, residents and families
- Lead with empathy, approachability and emotional intelligence
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect
- Coach employees through real-time feedback, recognition and mentoring

Qualifications - Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work weekends
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and hospitality excellence
Preferred - Experience in healthcare, senior living or hospitality environments
- Training in guest service, conflict resolution or leadership development
