Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members (Associates and Shift Leaders) to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Oversee daily operations including food prep, cash handling, and station management
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant
• Properly execute, enforce, and manage all food safety requirements and practices
• Handle customer orders, inquiries, and resolve complaints with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Support training and development of team members to ensure excellent service quality
• Control food components, labor, waste, and cash across shifts
• Report directly to the Restaurant General Manager

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
• Customer service is our top priority; this position must have an elite focus on customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stations efficiently
• Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance
• Willingness to complete required food safety training (requirement)
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
